1. Insert the earpick 1/2 inch depth into the earhole while pulling the sliding plate.
2. Pull out the earpick to the outermost part of the earhole while touching the earhole skin gently.
3. Return the sliding plate to the tip (of the earpick) to grip earwax.
4. Repeat the above motions in 360 degrees (in the earhole) to remove earwax.
